This video project is based on the continuous repetition of an ancient gesture: dance and prayer typical of Middle Eastern cultures (such as the Sufi). The circle remains the most ancient sacred symbol, symbol of unity, of perfection and reminds us of our contact with the Divine, with the transcendental, with the creative force from life. “Behind the circle lies the idea that all the phenomena of the world are included in a single sphere.
Everything is round, the earth, the galaxies, the stars, the planets and everything moves in a circular sense, worlds planets, satellites and planetary systems. The circular movement is perfect, immutable, with neither beginning nor end, nor variation; this means that it can represent time, which, in turn, can be defined as a continuous and invariable succession of instants all identical to each other. “
